Eligibility Criteria

It is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission to the 1st year of the degree program to have successfully completed 12 years of schooling through an examination conducted by a Board/University. Mandatory eligibility for the Programme is a pass at the +2 level (ISC/CBSE/ other state boards/International Board/Karnataka PU Board) in any stream of Commerce or Science with a minimum of 60%. Admission Details

Entrance examination (Round 1 & Round 2)

The Entrance Examination for the Bachelor of Business Administration Programme will be conducted in online mode in two sessions. The first session of the entrance examination (Round 1 & Round 2) is scheduled for April 2025, and the second session of the entrance examination (Round 1 & Round 2) in May 2025. Round 1: St. Joseph’s Management Aptitude Test (SMAT)

The candidates will be tested in the areas of Communicative Skills in English and Grammar, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Finance, Advanced Accountancy, Economics, and Management. The entrance exam paper will be for 60 marks consisting of 60 multiple choice questions (MCQs) for one mark each. The examination will be for a duration of one hour. B.Com/BBA/M.Com students who are economically weak, especially from rural areas are eligible to apply provided he/she furnishes enough evidence for his/her eligibility, enclosing a community/income certificate. A good academic record (passed in all subjects with 60% and above, attendance 75% and above) is also required for scholarships – 400

Group – B: Scholarships for Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Activities

B.Com/BBA/M.Com students who are actively associated with the literary/cultural or sports activities of the college and have sufficient proof to support his/her application can apply. The application should have the reference of at least two staff members. =Number of scholarships – 100.
