The admission process for Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Pune is as follows:
1. Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Pune Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates seeking admission to SCMS Pune must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- For BBA Program: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
- For BBA (IT) Program: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate, with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
2. Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Pune Application Process:
To apply for admission to SCMS Pune, candidates need to follow these steps:
- Register online for the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) on the official website.
- Choose the desired course and institute (SCMS Pune) while registering for SET.
- Pay the SET application fee online through various modes available.
- Fill out the online application form with accurate details and upload the necessary documents.
- Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
3. Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Pune Entrance Exams:
- For the BBA Program: Candidates need to appear for the Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
- For BBA (IT) Program: Candidates must appear for SET and take the Test for General/Design (SET-G/D) in addition to SET. Both are conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
4. Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Pune Selection Process:
After the SET results are declared, shortlisted candidates are called for the next rounds, which include Personal Interaction (PI) and Writing Ability Test (WAT).
- The final selection is based on the cumulative scores of SET, PI, and WAT.
- The institute also provides a 5% relaxation in the cut-off marks for reserved category candidates.
